1.Services
AMTRON ENTERPRISESLLC provides vehicle rental services and related business services. Vehicle availability, pricing, and rental approval are subject to review and confirmation.
2.Eligibility
Users must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license to rent a vehicle. Additional verification may be required prior to booking approval
3.Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to approval. Payment is processed securely using third party payment providers. Prices, fee, and application charges will be displayed prior to confirmation.
4. Communications
By creating an account or submitting a booking, you consent to receive transactional communication via email and/or SMS related to your booking, verification, and account activity. Message and data rates may apply
5.Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies will be outlined at the time of booking. AMTRON ENTERPRISES LLC reserves the right to deny or cancel booking at its discretion.
6.User Responsibilities
Renters are responsible for:
Operating the vehicle safely and lawfully
Returning the vehicle in same condition received
Any traffic violations, damages, or excessive use
Additional fees may apply for late returns, excessive mileage, damage, or cleaning.
7. Limitation of Liability
AMTRON ENTERPRISES LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, application, or rental services.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
